Tips:

  • Choose a high-quality Belgian beer for the marinade. A dark, malty beer will impart more flavor than a light, crisp beer.
  • Be sure to marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.
  • If you are grilling the chicken, cook it over indirect heat to prevent flare-ups.
  • Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a green salad.

Conclusion:

This Belgian beer marinade is a delicious and easy way to add flavor to your chicken. The beer tenderizes the chicken while the spices and herbs infuse it with flavor. Whether you are grilling, baking, or pan-frying the chicken, this marinade will help you create a delicious and memorable meal.
