1 Tbsp. HEINZ Worcestershire Sauce
1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 lb.)
1 cup beef broth
6 slices Texas toast white sandwich bread, grilled
3/4 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Kansas City Sweet & Smoky
1/2 cup small white onion slices, separated into rings
1/2 cup HEINZ Sweet and Spicy Pickle Chips

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix sugar and Worcestershire sauce until blended; rub evenly onto both sides of roast.
  • Grill roast 3 to 4 min. on each side or until seared on both sides. Meanwhile, heat oven to 325°F.

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 lb top round roast, extra lean cut into 3/4 in cubes (can use steak)
cooking spray, olive oil flavored
3/4 cup beef broth, low-fat, lower-sodium
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup onion, sliced
4 hamburger buns, whole-grain

Steps:

  • In a medium plastic bag, combine flour, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Add beef and shake bag until beef is evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate beef for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat a medium, non stick sauce pan over medium-high heat.
  • When it's hot, lightly mist pan with spray, then add beef.
