Steps:
- In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
- Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.

Tips:
- For the best results, use a large bowl to toss the chicken wings in the sauce. This will help to ensure that all of the wings are evenly coated.
- If you don't have a baking sheet, you can also use a wire rack placed over a baking tray.
- To make sure the chicken wings are cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the wing. The chicken is done cooking when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- If you like your wings extra crispy, you can cook them for a few minutes longer. Just keep an eye on them so that they don't burn.
- Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dipping sauce. Some popular options include blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing, and honey mustard.
Conclusion:
Bea's Buffalo Chicken Wings (White Meat) are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. The chicken wings are coated in a flavorful buffalo sauce and then baked until they are crispy and cooked through. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
