2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 ounces cream cheese
