Tips:

  • Choose the right beans: Pinto beans are the most commonly used beans in burritos, but you can also use black beans, kidney beans, or a combination of beans.
  • Soak the beans overnight: This will help to soften the beans and reduce the cooking time.
  • Use a variety of spices: Cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder are all essential spices for enchilada-style burritos.
  • Don't overcook the beans: Overcooked beans will be mushy and bland.
  • Use a large skillet: This will give you plenty of room to cook the beans and vegetables.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet: If you overcrowd the skillet, the beans and vegetables will not cook evenly.
  • Use a good quality enchilada sauce: The enchilada sauce is what gives these burritos their flavor, so make sure to use a good quality sauce.
  • Top the burritos with your favorite toppings: Some popular toppings include sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cheese.

Conclusion:

These bean burritos enchilada style are a delicious and easy-to-make meal. They are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner or a fun and festive party food.
