ITALIAN COUNTRY STYLE RIBS
This is a recipe that I came up with when I got tired of 'the same old thing'. It's easy and delicious. You can add things like mushrooms or peppers. Serve with white rice or noodles, salad and bread. You can pour the sauce over the rice/noodles.

SIMPLE BBQ RIBS
Country-style ribs are cut from the loin, one of the leanest areas of pork. These ribs are seasoned, boiled until tender, then baked with your favorite barbeque sauce. That's it! Back to simplicity, back to the country life. Sigh.

A different way to cook spaghetti. The homemade BBQ sauce is delicious, but I suppose in a pinch you could use any pre-made sauce. From Down Home with the Neelys on Food Network (what would we do without that channel)!

Tips:
- Choose the right ribs: Select high-quality pork ribs, such as baby back ribs or spare ribs, with good marbling for flavor.
- Prepare the ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season them generously with a rub of your choice. You can use a pre-made rub or create your own blend of spices and herbs.
- Slow-cook the ribs: For fall-off-the-bone ribs, cook them low and slow in a smoker or oven. The ideal internal temperature for ribs is between 195°F (90°C) and 203°F (95°C).
- Make the BBQ sauce: While the ribs are cooking, prepare a flavorful BBQ sauce. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own from scratch using ingredients like ketchup, brown sugar, spices, and vinegar.
- Finish the ribs: Baste the ribs with the BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking. This will help them develop a beautiful glaze and enhance the flavor.
- Cook the spaghetti: While the ribs are finishing, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- Assemble the dish: To serve, place a generous portion of spaghetti on a plate and top it with the BBQ ribs. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
Conclusion:
Combining tender and juicy BBQ ribs with al dente spaghetti creates a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for casual gatherings or special occasions. With the right techniques and a bit of patience, you can easily prepare this dish at home and impress your friends and family. Enjoy the flavors of smoky ribs, tangy BBQ sauce, and al dente spaghetti in every bite!
