1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup spicy barbeque sauce
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until softened. 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 cup hickory smoke-flavored barbecue sauce, divided
1/4 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
3 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll both tubes of crescent dough and press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan, pressing perforations to seal. 1 pizza dough
1 chicken breast
1 garlic clove
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 chopped shallot
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheddar blend cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, for dough

Steps:

  • Prepare Pizza dough and spread in pizza pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes to precook the dough. While the dough is precooking chop the chicken into bite sized bits and stir fry with garlic until cooked through. Chop the bacon into bits, chop the scallions into bits, chop the olives into bits.
  • mix the Ranch dressing with the BBQ sauce until combined.
  • After 5 minutes take the dough out of the oven. Spoon the Ranch/BBQ sauce over the dough. Top with the chicken, bacon, scallions and black olives. Top with cheese mixture. Sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese.
  • Put back into the oven for 10 additional minutes. When the cheese is melted and bubbly take it out. Let the pizza sit for a minute or two on the counter then slice and enjoy.

1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
melted butter
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 cups grilled chicken, cut into thin strips
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Crust: Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Add flour, oil, salt and sugar.
  • Stir together to form dough.
  • I have used either my dough hook or bread machine for this.
  • Let dough rest 20 minutes.
  • Divide in half and press each into a 12 inch pizza pan.
  • Prick all over with a fork, bake at 425°F for 8 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
  • Spread ranch dressing over butter and sprinkle with garlic, chicken and cheese.
  • I like to add just a little cheddar with the mozzarella.
  • Put back in oven until desired doneness.

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
1/2 cup very hot water
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1 cup chopped or cubed rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup chopped, seeded plum (Roma) tomato
1/3 cup real bacon bits (from 3-oz) package
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat gas or charcoal grill for indirect cooking and medium heat. Generously spray 18x18-inch piece of heavy duty foil with cooking spray.*
  • To measure Bisquick mix, lightly spoon into measuring cup; level off. In medium bowl, stir together, Bisquick mix, garlic powder and cheese. Stir in water just until dry ingredients are moistened. Lightly knead dough in bowl 10 times. Place dough on sprayed foil; starting at center, press into a 12-inch round. Place on large cookie sheet to carry to grill. Place crust on grill, foil side down. Cook covered 1 to 3 minutes or until bottom of crust is light golden brown. Do not over cook. Remove from grill to cookie sheet.
  • Spread dressing over dough to within 1-inch of edge. Top evenly with remaining ingredients (do not make thicker in center or center won't get done). Carefully place pizza on grill, foil side down. Cook covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until bottom of crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Carefully place on cookie sheet.
