Tips:

  • Use thick pork chops for best results. Thin pork chops will overcook and dry out.
  • Use your favorite BBQ sauce. Any type of BBQ sauce will work, so choose one that you enjoy the taste of.
  • Add other vegetables to the foil packs. Some good options include bell peppers, onions, carrots, and potatoes.
  • If you are using a gas grill, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If you are using a charcoal grill, build a medium-hot fire.
  • Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
  • Let the foil packs rest for a few minutes before opening. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the pork chops.

Conclusion:

BBQ pork chop foil packs are an easy and delicious way to cook pork chops. They are perfect for busy weeknights or for weekend gatherings. The pork chops are cooked in a flavorful BBQ sauce and are tender and juicy. The foil packs also make cleanup a breeze.
