½ cup red pepper, diced
½ cup green pepper, diced

½ cup BBQ sauce
3 cups all-purpose flour
6 eggs, beaten
30 oz nacho cheese chip, finely crushed
5 qt vegetable oil, for frying
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
1 ½ cups guacamole
1 ½ cups salsa
1 ½ cups sour cream
