3 cups shredded cheese blend
2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
½ cup red pepper, diced
½ cup green pepper, diced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ cup BBQ sauce
3 cups all-purpose flour
6 eggs, beaten
30 oz nacho cheese chip, finely crushed
5 qt vegetable oil, for frying
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
1 ½ cups guacamole
1 ½ cups salsa
1 ½ cups sour cream

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheese, chicken, peppers, parsley, and barbecue sauce.
  • Transfer the mixture to a parchment paper-lined 9x9-inch (23x23-cm) square pan. Spread the mixture evenly and freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.

1 cup chicken broth
