Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of beef: A good stir-fry starts with good meat. For this recipe, a flank steak or skirt steak is best. These cuts are tender and flavorful, and they cook quickly, so they won't be tough or chewy.
  • Slice the beef against the grain: This will help to tenderize the meat and make it more flavorful.
  • Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar will help to add flavor and moisture to the meat.
  • Use a hot wok or skillet: A hot wok or skillet will help to sear the beef and prevent it from sticking.
  • Cook the beef in batches: Do not overcrowd the wok or skillet. Cook the beef in batches so that it has room to cook evenly.
  • Add the vegetables towards the end of cooking: This will help to prevent them from becoming overcooked.
  • Serve immediately: Stir-fry is best served immediately, so that the vegetables are still crisp and the beef is still tender.

Conclusion:

This BBQ beef stir-fry is a quick and easy meal that is packed with flavor. The beef is tender and flavorful, the vegetables are crisp and tender, and the sauce is sweet and tangy. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
