BBQ BEEF SANDWICHES - CROCK POT
This quite tasty after a long day at work, more seasonings can be added, to add heat if you wish. Serve with a salad. I have also served it with mashed potatoes and veggies, without buns.

CROCK POT BBQ BEEF SANDWICHES
I love this simple dish. It's so easy and tastes great. I usually use a homemade barbecue sauce but a good hickory flavored sauce is good too. I like to freeze this in individual portions to make a quick dinner when I don't want to cook.

Tips:
- Choose the right cut of beef: Chuck roast, brisket, or rump roast are all good options for slow-cooked barbecue beef. These cuts are tough, but the long, slow cooking time will break down the connective tissue and make them tender.
- Sear the beef before slow-cooking: Searing the beef in a hot skillet before adding it to the slow cooker will help to develop flavor and color.
- Use a flavorful liquid: The liquid you use to cook the beef will add flavor to the sandwiches. Good options include beef broth, chicken broth, beer, or tomato juice.
- Add vegetables to the slow cooker: Vegetables such as onions, carrots, and celery will add flavor and nutrition to the beef sandwiches.
- Cook the beef on low for 8-10 hours: This will give the beef time to become tender and fall apart.
- Shred the beef before serving: Once the beef is cooked, shred it with two forks or a meat shredder.
- Serve the beef sandwiches on your favorite bread: Hamburger buns, hoagie rolls, or French bread are all good options.
- Top the beef sandwiches with your favorite toppings: Some popular toppings include barbecue sauce, coleslaw, and pickles.
Conclusion:
Crock-Pot BBQ beef sandwiches are an easy and delicious meal that can be enjoyed by the whole family. With just a few simple ingredients and a little time, you can have a hearty and flavorful sandwich that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give these Crock-Pot BBQ beef sandwiches a try.
