OLD BAY® SHRIMP AND PASTA ALFREDO

Old Bay® Shrimp and Pasta Alfredo image

This recipe came from my Italian family. It is not only delicious but so quick and easy. Measurements really aren't necessary--make it your own. You can't go wrong with too much seasoning or too little. Go easy on the lemon is my only recommendation. Unless you love lemon! Adding Parmesan cheese is really delish and the Alfredo sauce gives it a nice hot and creamy texture.

A very easy, healthy and delicious way to grill your shrimp. You can also skewer the shrimp if you want to. Just make sure to soak wooden skewers in warm water for 30 minutes. I didn't include the 1 - 2 hour marinating time. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Cook the shrimp properly. Shrimp cooks very quickly, so it's important to not overcook it. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery.
  • Use a good quality Alfredo sauce. There are many different Alfredo sauces available at the store, so be sure to choose one that you like the taste of. You can also make your own Alfredo sauce from scratch.
  • Add some vegetables to your pasta. Vegetables will add some extra flavor and nutrition to your pasta dish. Some good vegetables to add to shrimp Alfredo are broccoli, zucchini, and mushrooms.
