1 Tbsp canola oil
1 pkg kielbasa, cut into one inch slices
3 c cooked rice
1 can(s) ranch style beans
3/4 c good barbeque sauce
1 c mexican blend shredded cheese

  • 1. In a large skillet, add the tablespoon of oil. When hot, add the kielbasa and brown well on both sides. Add the cooked rice in the with kielbasa and stir well. 2 c dry rice
4 c water
1 beef kielbasa
1/3 c brown sugar, lightly packed
1 can(s) peas or green beans
1 can(s) cream of onion soup, undiluted
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

  • 1. Put 2 Cups Rice and 4 Cups water into a 3 quart microwaveable bowl. Do NOT cover. Cook for about 13 minutes on high power, stir and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
