BARBECUE SEASONING

Tips:

  • Chill the dough before baking: This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Use a cookie scoop to portion the dough: This will help ensure that the cookies are all the same size and shape.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set: The cookies should be slightly soft in the center when you take them out of the oven. They will continue to firm up as they cool.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before decorating: This will help prevent the icing from melting.

Conclusion:

Barbecue spice cookies are a unique and flavorful treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be decorated to fit any theme. With their smoky, sweet, and slightly spicy flavor, these cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
