Tips:

  • Choose the right ribs. Baby back ribs are the most popular choice for BBQ ribs, but you can also use spare ribs or St. Louis-style ribs. Baby back ribs are leaner and have a shorter cooking time, while spare ribs and St. Louis-style ribs are meatier and have a longer cooking time.
  • Prepare the ribs. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. This will help the ribs cook evenly and will prevent them from becoming tough. You can also trim off any excess fat from the ribs.
  • Season the ribs. There are many different ways to season ribs, but a simple rub of salt, pepper, and garlic powder is always a good choice. You can also add other spices, such as chili powder, cumin, or paprika, to taste.
  • Cook the ribs. Ribs can be cooked in the oven, on the grill, or in a smoker. The cooking time will vary depending on the method you choose, but ribs are typically cooked for several hours until they are tender and fall off the bone.
  • Baste the ribs. Basting the ribs with a sauce or glaze will help to keep them moist and flavorful. You can use a store-bought sauce or glaze, or you can make your own.

Conclusion:

Bar-B-Barn ribs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. With a little planning and preparation, you can create ribs that are fall-off-the-bone tender and full of flavor. So next time you're looking for a great meal to share with friends and family, give Bar-B-Barn ribs a try.
