Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish. Also, make sure to use a good quality Sichuan peppercorn oil, as this will give your dish its characteristic numbing and tingling flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken: This will prevent it from cooking evenly. Cook the chicken in batches if necessary.
  • Be careful not to overcook the chicken: Overcooked chicken will be tough and dry. Cook the chicken until it is just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Make sure the sauce is thick and glossy before serving: If the sauce is too thin, it will not coat the chicken properly. If the sauce is too thick, it will be difficult to stir and serve.
  • Serve the chicken immediately with the Sichuan salad: The chicken is best enjoyed when it is fresh and hot. The Sichuan salad provides a refreshing contrast to the spicy chicken.

Conclusion:

Bang bang chicken with Sichuan salad is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is tender and juicy, the sauce is spicy and flavorful, and the Sichuan salad is refreshing and crunchy. This dish is sure to please everyone at your table.
