Tips:
- Choose ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your glaze will be.
- Don't overcook the glaze: The glaze should be cooked until it has thickened slightly, but be careful not to overcook it or it will become too thick and sticky.
- Use fresh strawberries: Fresh strawberries will give your glaze the best flavor. If you don't have fresh strawberries, you can use frozen strawberries that have been thawed.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice: A squeeze of lemon juice will help to brighten the flavor of the glaze.
- Serve warm or cold: The glaze can be served warm or cold. If you are serving it warm, be sure to reheat it gently so that it doesn't become too thick.
Conclusion:
This banana strawberry glaze dessert is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. The glaze is made with fresh bananas, strawberries, and lemon juice, and it is cooked until it has thickened slightly. The glaze can be served warm or cold, and it is perfect for topping waffles, pancakes, ice cream, or fruit.
