1/2 cup unsweetened strawberries
2tbsp honey
6 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla ice cream(optional)

½ cup chocolate-flavored soy milk
8 chunks frozen pineapple
6 frozen whole strawberries
1 small banana

  • Blend oats and chia seeds in a blender until powdery; add pineapple juice, chocolate soy milk, pineapple chunks, strawberries, and banana and blend until smooth.
