Tips:

  • To ensure a moist and flavorful cake, use ripe bananas and pumpkin puree. If your bananas are not ripe enough, you can ripen them quickly by placing them in a paper bag with an apple for a few days.
  • Be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a tough, dense cake.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
  • If you don't have a bundt pan, you can bake the cake in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • To prevent the cake from sticking to the pan, grease and flour the pan before pouring in the batter.
  • Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help the frosting to set properly.

Conclusion:

This banana pumpkin bundt cake is a delicious and festive treat that is perfect for fall gatherings. The cake is moist and flavorful, with a rich pumpkin flavor and a hint of banana. The cream cheese frosting is the perfect finishing touch, adding a creamy and tangy flavor to the cake. Whether you're serving it for a special occasion or just enjoying it as a snack, this cake is sure to be a hit.
