2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Cream the shortening and the sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in the vanilla, baking powder and salt.
  • Add the instant banana pudding.
  • Mix in 2 cups of the flour add the remaining 1/2 cup only if needed.

⅔ cup shortening
⅔ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, cream together shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and instant banana pudding mix. 3 ounces sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (1 small box)
8 ounces sugar-free Cool Whip, thawed
12 ounces sugar free vanilla wafers (1 small box I use Murray's, its all I can find here)
2 -3 bananas
