BANANA PUDDING
I didn't see my son, Lance Corporal Eric Harris, for more than two years after he enlisted in the Marines after high school. And when I saw him arrive at the airport, I just grabbed hold of him and burst out crying. When we got home, the first thing he ate was two bowls of my easy banana pudding recipe. He's a true southern boy! It's a dessert, but you can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. -Stephanie Harris, Montpelier, Virginia

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas. Overripe bananas are sweeter and have a more intense flavor, which will make your pudding balls even more delicious.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the pudding balls tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Chill the batter before frying. This will help the pudding balls hold their shape better.
- Fry the pudding balls in hot oil. The oil should be hot enough to cause the pudding balls to sizzle immediately when they are added to the pan.
- Don't overcrowd the pan. Frying too many pudding balls at once will cause the oil temperature to drop, which will make the pudding balls greasy.
- Drain the pudding balls on paper towels. This will help remove excess oil.
- Serve the pudding balls warm or cold. They are delicious either way!
Conclusion:
Banana pudding balls are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are a great way to use up ripe bananas, and they are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you have a craving for something sweet, give these banana pudding balls a try!
