Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 vanilla bean
3 oz tequila
2 oz triple sec
2 oz coconut milk
4 bananas, large
12 oz frozen limeade, canned
6 c ice
course sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Scrape vanilla bean into blender along with tequila, triple sec, coconut milk, frozen limeade, ice and 3 bananas.
  • 2. Blend until frozen consistency
  • 3. Add sugar to rims of glasses
  • 4. Pour margarita into glasses and garnish with sliced banana.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your margarita will be.
  • Use fresh lime juice: Fresh lime juice is essential for a classic margarita. If you don't have fresh limes, you can use bottled lime juice, but it won't be as good.
  • Use a good quality tequila: A good quality tequila will make a big difference in the taste of your margarita. Look for a tequila that is 100% agave and has a smooth, clean flavor.
  • Don't over-blend the margarita: Over-blending the margarita will make it too watery. Blend the margarita just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Serve the margarita immediately: Margaritas are best served immediately after they are made. If you need to make the margaritas ahead of time, you can store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Just be sure to shake them well before serving.

Conclusion:

Banana margaritas are a delicious and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you're looking for a fun and festive cocktail, give the banana margarita a try.
