2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 ½ cups milk
3 ripe bananas
2 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
¼ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Bake cake as directed on package. Cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, combine pudding, cream cheese and milk. Beat until smooth. Spread on cake.

1 cup white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ cup water
1 cup mashed bananas
1 pinch salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup butter, softened
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9 inch round pans.
