1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
2 large eggs

2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups crushed baked potato chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in bananas, eggs and vanilla.   • In medium microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 50 to 60 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth; cool 10 minutes.
