2 cups sugar
4 eggs
8 bananas, mashed
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
5 cups flour, divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease 3 loaf pans.
  • Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add bananas, milk and almond extract. Mix to combine. Add 3 cups of flour, stir. Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nuts. Add remaining flour.
