1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon banana extract
about 2 cups self-rising flour
1 large granulated decorator sugar candy sprinkles (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine egg, ripe banana, sugar, softened butter or margarine, banana extract in a mixing bowl; mix well. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn out onto a floured surface; knead lightly a few times. Gently pat dough out and cut out with a biscuit cutter. 1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
1/4 cup strong cold coffee
1 1/2 tablespoons skim milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
vegetable oil cooking spray
