  • Choose the right pork chops: Look for bone-in pork chops that are at least 1 inch thick. This will help them stay juicy during cooking.
  • Marinate the pork chops: Marinating the pork chops in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and herbs will help tenderize them and add flavor.
  • Cook the pork chops over medium heat: Cooking the pork chops over medium heat will help them cook evenly without burning.
  • Use a meat thermometer: To ensure that the pork chops are cooked to the desired doneness, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Pork chops are safe to eat when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork chops rest: After cooking, let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chop.
