1 ½ cups mashed bananas
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 ⅓ cups baking mix
1 cup white sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease the bottom of a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
