Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pound Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 package Defrosted Cut Spniach
3 pinches Salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
3 pinches Black Pepper
1 head Egg
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix ingredients with a fork until the turkey mixture is well mixed.
  • Place aluminum foil over a baking sheet. Lather olive oil on the foil.
  • Create meatballs, about an 1/8 cup each, to make 30 meatballs, and place on foil.
  • Brush olive oil on top of the meatball. Place tray in oven about 20 -23 minutes.
  • Let rest about 5 minutes before taking meatball off the foil.

Tips:

  • Choose the right ground turkey. Look for ground turkey that is at least 85% lean. This will help to ensure that your meatballs are moist and not too dry.
  • Use fresh spinach. Fresh spinach will give your meatballs a brighter flavor than frozen spinach. If you are using frozen spinach, be sure to thaw it and squeeze out all of the excess water before using it.
  • Don't overmix the meatball mixture. Overmixing can make your meatballs tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Bake the meatballs at a high temperature. This will help to create a crispy outer crust and a juicy interior.
  • Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce. Marinara sauce, tomato sauce, or even a simple yogurt sauce would all be delicious.

Conclusion:

Baked turkey spinach meatballs are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy ground turkey. They are easy to make and can be served with a variety of sauces. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal or a dish to serve at your next party, these meatballs are sure to be a hit.
