Tips:
- Choose the freshest tilapia fillets you can find. Fresh tilapia should have a mild, slightly sweet smell. Avoid fillets that are slimy or have a strong fishy odor.
- If you don't have fresh dill, you can use dried dill. Use about 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill for every 1 tablespoon of fresh dill.
- Don't overcook the tilapia. Tilapia is a delicate fish, so it cooks quickly. Overcooked tilapia will be dry and tough.
- Serve the tilapia immediately with the dill sauce. The dill sauce is best when it is fresh.
Conclusion:
Baked tilapia with dill sauce is a delicious and healthy meal that is easy to make. This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. The tilapia is flaky and tender, and the dill sauce is creamy and flavorful. Serve this dish with roasted vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
