2 tsp granulated garlic

28 ounces arrabiata sauce (or any jarred red sauce)
28 ounces vodka sauce (or any jarred red sauce)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a large pot over medium-low heat, add onions and cook until translucent. Add red chili flakes and fresh minced garlic, cook until garlic turns a golden color.

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
8 ounces imported fontina cheese, coarsely shredded (2 cups)
8 ounces Gruyere, coarsely shredded (2 cups)
8 ounces mozzarella, coarsely shredded (2 cups)
4 ounces Gorgonzola dolce, crumbled

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well and spread the spaghetti on a baking sheet; let cool.
