2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 pinch ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

salt and ground black pepper to taste
½ cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
½ tablespoon soy sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Season drumsticks with salt and pepper and place in an oven-proof dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Combine orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, barbeque sauce, sambal oelek, and soy sauce in a small bowl.

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Steps:

  • Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag; add buttermilk. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. In a shallow bowl, combine butter, lemon juice and garlic. , In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
8 chicken thighs, with skin
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, to garnish

  • Mix the garlic, ginger, orange marmalade and soy sauce together in a large bowl.
  • Add the chicken thighs, stir, cover and set aside for 15min.
  • Put the chicken in a roasting tin and roast at 425°F for 35min, basting and moving the chicken around in the tin so that it cooks evenly and is cooked to the centre. Lift the chicken out of the tin and keep warm.
  • Skim the fat off the juices in the roasting tin, discard the fat, bring the juices to the boil and bubble for 30sec. Spoon the juices over the chicken, sprinkle the sesame seeds over and serve with boiled white rice.

2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon sweet rice cooking wine (aji mirin), or white wine
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Rice, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes (easiest when not completely thawed). In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, orange marmalade, wine, and crushed red pepper flakes. Toss in the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 10 minutes and up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.

2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 chicken breasts, bone in but skin removed

  • Combine mustard, marmalade, jalapeno, lime juice and oil.
  • If mixture isn't hot enough to your taste add a little cayenne pepper.
