6 ounces salmon
Coconut oil spray

Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt

Tips:

  • Choose the right salmon fillet. Look for a fillet that is about 1 inch thick and has a deep pink color. Avoid fillets that are thin or have a lot of white streaks, as these will be less flavorful and more likely to overcook.
  • Cook the salmon to the right temperature. The best way to cook salmon is to bake it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit. If you overcook the salmon, it will become dry and tough.
  • Make sure the salsa is fresh. The salsa is what really makes this dish shine, so it's important to use fresh ingredients. Use ripe pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño peppers. You can also add other fruits or vegetables to the salsa, such as mango, avocado, or bell peppers.
  • Serve the salmon immediately. Salmon is best served immediately after it is cooked. This ensures that the fish is still moist and flaky. You can garnish the salmon with additional cilantro or a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
  • Conclusion:

Baked salmon with pineapple salsa is a healthy and flavorful dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal or a special dish for a dinner party, baked salmon with pineapple salsa is a great choice.
