2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup each chopped green pepper, celery and onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pounds ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, eggs, green pepper, celery, onion and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight oval patties. 1 ½ pounds lean ground pork
1 cup tomato - peeled, seeded and diced
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped garlic

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish.

1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion

3/4 can(s) cream of mushroom soup ; undiluted
1/2 c water
