Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the taste of your sliders. Use fresh, flavorful rye bread, thinly sliced corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and a creamy, flavorful dressing.
  • Don't skimp on the dressing: The dressing is what brings all the flavors of the Reuben sandwich together. Make sure to use a generous amount of dressing, and experiment with different types of dressing to find one that you like.
  • Assemble the sliders just before baking: This will help to prevent the bread from getting soggy. If you need to assemble the sliders ahead of time, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before baking.
  • Bake the sliders at a high temperature: This will help to create a crispy, golden crust on the bread. Bake the sliders at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve the sliders immediately: Reuben sliders are best served hot and fresh out of the oven. Serve them with your favorite sides, such as potato chips, coleslaw, or pickles.
