VIDALIA® ONION DIP
A cheesy dip for the onion lover in all of us. I serve it with crackers but you can also use breadsticks. Be careful about over-baking as the cheese will harden and be difficult to dip crackers in.

CREAMY ONION DIP
This easy dip made with pantry staples is creamy and oniony with just the right amount of cool tang to balance a crisp, salty chip. Just like the creamy party dip I grew up eating, but no powder packed with weird ingredients required. Be careful, you may eat an entire bag of chips with this dip! Serve with classic or wavy chips or cut veggies.

Tips:
- Use a food processor to make quick work of chopping the onions. If you don't have a food processor, you can chop the onions by hand, but it will take longer.
- Don't overcook the onions. They should be softened, but still have a little bit of crunch.
- Use a good quality cheese. The cheese is the star of this dip, so it's important to use a cheese that you love. I recommend using a sharp cheddar cheese, but you can use any type of cheese that you like.
- Serve the dip warm. This dip is best served warm, so make it just before you're ready to serve it. You can also make it ahead of time and reheat it in the oven or microwave before serving.
- Garnish the dip with your favorite toppings. I like to garnish my dip with chopped chives, parsley, or bacon. You can also add a dollop of sour cream or guacamole.
Conclusion:
Baked onion dip is a classic party appetizer that is always a hit. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Whether you like your dip cheesy, creamy, or tangy, there's a recipe out there for you. So next time you're looking for a delicious and easy appetizer to serve at your next party, give baked onion dip a try.
