6 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cooked ham, chopped or 9 slices of any deli ham
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Beat eggs and milk until fluffy.
  • Add flour, salt and pepper and beat or whisk until smooth.
  • Pour into a buttered or greased 9 x 13 baking dish or pan.

2 oz cream cheese
1/4 c milk
1 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
6 large eggs
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 c heaping cup cheddar cheese (grated) divided
1 c ham (cooked and chopped)
1/2 c green onions (chopped)
2 pinch smoked paprika
dash of black pepper
dash of garlic powder
1/4 medium red sweet pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Line the bottom and sides of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper; grease the paper and set aside.
  • 2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and slowly add milk until smooth. Add flour and salt; mix until combined.
  • 3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until blended. Add cream cheese mixture; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are puffed and set.
  • 4. Remove from the oven and use parchment paper to remove egg from the pan. Immediately spread with mustard and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle with ham, onions and 1/2 cup cheese.
  • 5. Roll up from a short side, peeling parchment paper away while rolling. Sprinkle top of roll with the remaining cheese; place roll in pan and bake 3-4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
