Steps:
- Prepare the chicken: In a 9x13-inch casserole dish, whisk all the ingredients together, excluding the chicken. Add chicken and toss making sure each piece is coated with the marinade. Next, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for a couple hours. I kept mine in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven: To 375°F degrees.
- Bake the chicken: Remove the plastic wrap and transfer the dish to the oven. Bake the drumsticks for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 175°F. Make sure to turn them over half way through. This way they will get nice color all around.
- Garnish and serve: Aim for garnishing the chicken with parsley and serve with the additional sauce.

Tips:
- Choose the right drumsticks: Look for plump, evenly sized drumsticks with no blemishes or discoloration.
- Marinate the drumsticks: Marinating the drumsticks in the honey-soy-garlic sauce for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight) helps to infuse them with flavor and moisture.
- Use a high-quality honey: The quality of the honey you use will impact the flavor of the drumsticks. Look for a raw, unfiltered honey with a strong flavor.
- Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: When baking the drumsticks, make sure to leave enough space between them so that they can cook evenly.
- Cook the drumsticks until they are cooked through: The best way to tell if the drumsticks are cooked through is to insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the drumstick. The internal temperature should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve the drumsticks with your favorite sides: Baked honey-soy-garlic drumsticks can be served with a variety of sides, such as rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
Conclusion:
Baked honey-soy-garlic drumsticks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion.
