Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken drumsticks: Look for drumsticks that are plump and have a good amount of meat on them. Avoid drumsticks that are thin or bony.
  • Dry the chicken drumsticks thoroughly before seasoning them: This will help the seasoning to adhere to the chicken and prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Use a variety of herbs and spices to season the chicken drumsticks: Some good options include garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, and basil.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different flavors: You can add a little bit of honey or brown sugar to the seasoning for a sweet and savory flavor, or you can add a splash of lemon juice or vinegar for a tangy flavor.
  • Cook the chicken drumsticks until they are cooked through: The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken drumsticks rest for a few minutes before serving: This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken and make it more tender.

Conclusion:

Baked herb chicken drumsticks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. They are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and they are packed with flavor. With a few simple tips, you can make sure that your baked herb chicken drumsticks turn out perfect every time.
