2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
1 can jellied cranberry sauce (14 ounces)
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.

1 cup corn flake crumbs
1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
1 (1 lb) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce, i use heinz
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
