CHICKEN FRANCESE
I grew up on this tender, lemony chicken Francese recipe that's a classic in Italian cooking. It's delicious as is, but we sometimes add sauteed mushrooms. Serve it with pasta or crusty bread to mop up all that delicious pan sauce. -Joe Losardo, Taste of Home Executive Marketing Manager

CHICKEN FRANCAISE
Not the healthiest version i'm sure, but so worth it! A very picky DH loves it, so it can't be that bad ;) For better pasta, double the sauce.

Tips:
- Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts: This will make the dish easier to prepare and reduce the cooking time.
- Pound the chicken breasts thin: This will help them cook evenly and absorb the marinade better.
- Make sure the chicken is well coated in the flour mixture: This will help create a crispy crust.
- Use a large skillet: This will help prevent the chicken from overcrowding and ensure that it cooks evenly.
- Cook the chicken over medium heat: This will help prevent the chicken from burning.
