20 chicken wings

⅔ cup flour
1½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
Optional: blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing; fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • In a bowl or large plastic bag add flour, paprika, salt, celery salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
