BAKED BUFFALO WINGS
These easy to make hot wings are crispy without being fried. Always yummy to snack on. They only take 10 minutes for prep, but need to be refrigerated for about an hour so the flour coating is firm. You can add more cayenne or use a higher hot sauce to butter ratio if you like them spicier! Enjoy.

BUFFALO CHICKEN THIGHS
These chicken thighs go well with a side of celery sticks and light ranch dressing. After breezermom's helpful review, I changed the heat to cook the chicken in the skillet from medium high to medium. The medium high heat is too low for me, but my oven is old and the burners probably aren't as hot as newer stoves.

- If you like your chicken thighs extra crispy, broil them for a few minutes before serving.
- To make a spicier buffalo sauce, add more cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
- If you prefer a milder buffalo sauce, omit the cayenne pepper or hot sauce altogether.
- Serve the chicken thighs with your favorite sides, such as celery sticks, carrot sticks, blue cheese dressing, or ranch dressing.
Conclusion:
Baked buffalo thighs are an easy and delicious meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for game day parties, potlucks, or family dinners. With their crispy coating and flavorful buffalo sauce, these chicken thighs are sure to be a hit.
