2 tsp English mustard powder
100g gruyère , grated

Tips:

  • Choose the right bacon: Thicker bacon will hold up better in the oven and produce crispier results.
  • Preheat the oven: This will help the bacon cook evenly and prevent it from becoming chewy or soggy.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper: This will make cleanup easier and prevent the bacon from sticking to the pan.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: Give the bacon some space so that it can cook evenly.
  • Flip the bacon halfway through cooking: This will help it cook evenly on both sides.
  • Drain the bacon on paper towels: This will remove any excess grease and help the bacon crisp up.
  • Serve the bacon immediately: Bacon is best when it's hot and crispy.

Conclusion:

Baked bacon cheese sprouts are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They're perfect for parties or potlucks, and they're also a great way to use up leftover bacon. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can enjoy this tasty treat.
