These were my favorite nachos when I lived in SoCal. Now that I live in a small city in Northern MI I've had to adapt it for locally available ingredients. A touch of Baja California in Northern Michigan...perfect!

- Pile tortilla chips on dinner-sized plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese. Top with crab, shrimp, sliced green onions and black olives. Sprinkle remaining cheese over all.

- In a large bowl, combine cheese, chili peppers, olives, green onions, and mayonnaise.
