I make one of these up in the evening, wrap in plastic wrap and throw it in my lunch bag in the morning to take to work.

1 ½ teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1 (1 pound) loaf sliced white bread
1 pound maple-flavored bacon, strips cut in half crosswise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil, and place a baking rack on the foil-lined sheet.
