2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Place bacon in a single layer on an ungreased rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until partially cooked and lightly browned.
  • Drain bacon on paper towels and increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
  • Wrap each strip of bacon around a scallop and secure them with toothpicks.
  • Place baon wrapped scallops on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-12 minutes or until the scallops are firm and opaque.
  • Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring cream to a boil.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to the Broil setting. Place an oven-safe rack over a baking sheet.
  • Pat the scallops dry. Toss the scallops with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

9 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut in half
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. milk

Steps:

  • Mix lime juice, dill weed, pepper, oil and 1 Tbsp. garlic until blended. Pour over scallops in shallow glass dish; stir gently to evenly coat scallops with lime juice mixture. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Wrap 1 bacon piece around each scallop; secure with wooden toothpick.
  • Cook onions in large skillet on medium heat 20 min. or until caramelized. Meanwhile grill scallops 15 min. or until scallops are opaque and bacon is crisp, turning frequently. Remove and discard toothpicks.

20 large sea scallops
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
finely chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bacon slices individually onto a baking sheet. Bake until a pale golden brown, about 8 minutes. It should still be flexible, not crisp. Cut slices in half crosswise and let cool.
