6 hot dog buns, split and warmed
1 Hass avocado, cut into 12 slices
1/4 cup sour cream, plus
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup spicy salsa, plus
2 tablespoons spicy salsa

8 bakery hot dog buns, split and toasted
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 cups sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
