Found this recipe in the Kraft newsletter a few months ago and had to try them. I love the combination of salty and sweet. My guest and family love them during one of our gatherings here at the house.

Tips:
- Choose the right dates: Medjool dates are the best choice for this recipe, as they are large and have a soft, chewy texture. Deglet Noor dates can also be used, but they are smaller and have a drier texture.
- Use high-quality feta cheese: A good quality feta cheese will have a creamy texture and a tangy flavor. Avoid using low-quality feta cheese, as it will not taste as good.
- Wrap the dates tightly with bacon: This will help to keep the feta cheese from melting out while the dates are cooking.
- Cook the dates until the bacon is crispy: This will ensure that the bacon is cooked through and the dates are heated through.
- Serve the dates immediately: These dates are best served immediately after they are cooked, while the bacon is still crispy and the feta cheese is still warm and gooey.
Conclusion:
Bacon-wrapped feta stuffed dates are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up leftover dates and feta cheese.
