Steps:
- Cut up chicken breasts or tenders into about one inch or inch and a half cubed pieces, Marinate the chicken in whatever you like. Some combination of onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, and teriyaki sauce is best. The ratios are all to taste. Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour. After chicken has marinated, take one piece and place it at the end of one piece of bacon. On top of the chicken piece, place a jalapeno (or two, depending on their size) and a small dollop (for lack of a better word) of cream cheese. Then start rolling the enitre thing up in the bacon. Try to make it tight, but not tight enough to force the cream cheese to squeeze out. You want the bacon to wrap about two times around the chicken piece. It the bacon piece is too large, just cut off any excess. Put a toothpick(or two) through the the entire thing to hold it together. Each piece should be able to be finished in about two bites. After you have rolled all of your pieces, put them on the grill, turning them with tongs to cook the sides evenly. When the bacon is finished cooking, they are done. Usually about 12-15 mins. per batch depending on how hot your grill is. Plate them and serve.

Steps:
- Flatten chicken breasts to approx 1/4" thickness. Season both sides of chicken with garlic salt and pepper.
- Divide and place sliced smoked jalapenos on each breast with cheese. Fold over the chicken and secure with a tooth pick or two. Then wrap each chicken breast with bacon.
- Brown rolls over medium heat until bacon just begins to crisp. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Grilling Method: Skip step #3. Grill on all sides until chicken and bacon are cooked through, being careful because the cheese will melt and seep out. Watch for flare ups from bacon fat.
BACON WRAPPED CREAM CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST RECIPE - (4.1/5)

Steps:
- Cut chicken into 4 equal size pieces. Pound breast so it is about 1/4" thick. Mix together softened cream cheese, chopped green onions and shredded pepperjack cheese. Put 1/4 of this mixture into the middle of each piece of chicken. Starting at the long side, roll chicken breast up, keeping the cheese mixture to the middle. Wrap 1 to 2 slices of bacon around the chicken breast, secure with toothpick, if needed. One piece of bacon wrapped around each breast is enough. But 2 pieces of bacon for each breast fully wraps the chicken and is outstanding. Place on baking sheet and back for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F. Broil topside for about 5 minutes to fully brown and crisp bacon. Turn each breast over and broil for another 3 minutes or so to crisp up the bottom side.

BACON WRAPPED CHEESE-STUFFED CHICKEN
These are so quick and easy making them a weekday fav, but fancy enough for a party! You can switch up cheeses and spices to suit your taste. Sometimes I use smoked provolone or gouda, Gruyere, oregano, mozzarella, and sage or basil. I got this out of a First magazine years ago and tweaked it.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Cut cheese into pinky finger sized sticks. (1/2 in. x 1/2 in. wide x 2 1/2 in. long) Set aside. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley together. Set aside.
- 2. Pound chicken breasts into even thickness. With rough side up, sprinkle evenly with seasoning mix. Place cheese stick on one end of breast and roll up,tucking in the ends. Secure with toothpick.
- 3. Wrap 1 bacon slice around each chicken breast. Put in a roasting pan. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is browned. Let stand 5 minutes then pull out toothpicks before serving.
Tips:
- To ensure even cooking, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For a crispy bacon wrap, cook the bacon until it is slightly browned and crispy but not too hard.
- If you don't have toothpicks, you can also use small skewers to secure the bacon around the chicken.
- For a cheesy filling, use a good quality melting cheese, such as mozzarella or cheddar.
- If you want a more flavorful filling, add some chopped herbs, spices, or vegetables to the cheese.
- Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.
