1 can (8 ounces) whole water chestnuts, drained
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
1 jar (10 ounces) sweet-and-sour sauce

Steps:

  • Cut each slice of bacon in half widthwise. Wrap a strip around each chestnut or pineapple chunk; secure with toothpicks. Place in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 400° for 25-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp. , Pour sweet-and-sour sauce into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. 1 piece thin bacon
1 tablespoon butter, more if needed

¼ cup finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh thyme
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 ½ pounds thick-cut bacon
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Trim beef tenderloin to a thickness of 2 1/2 inches.
  • Combine rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub and press mixture evenly over all sides of the beef.
